For existing patients
For appointments, forms, test results, or follow-up questions, contact the office using the number on your appointment confirmation. After surgery, follow the contact instructions on your discharge paperwork.
This website does not receive clinical messages or appointment requests.

Dr. Sarraj is available for requests via eConsult (https://econsult.otn.ca) and happy to answer questions about referral suitability.
This service is available at no cost to patient or provider. For information on how to participate in the program, contact eConsultCOE@toh.ca
For referrals, include the reason for referral, symptoms and duration, neurological findings, relevant history, previous treatment, and available imaging reports.
Urgent or emergency concerns should follow your local urgent-assessment or hospital-transfer pathway.
